By downloading or using Forget Me Not: Birthdays ("Birthdays", "the app"), you agree to these terms. The app is developed by Jamal Habash ("we", "us").
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Standard EULA, which applies to your use of the app alongside these terms.
The app relies on iOS features — notifications, Live Activities, and background refresh — that the system may delay, limit, or suppress. We work hard to make reminders reliable, but we cannot guarantee that any particular reminder will be delivered. Please don't rely on the app as your only safeguard for events that matter to you.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to circumvent its purchase mechanisms, or use it in violation of applicable law.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed reminders. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your place of residence.
